RMVB is a standard format of multimedia encoded with RealPlayer. It's very
popular in the Internet.
In M$ Windows it can be played with some multimedia players (eg. VLC,
SMPlayer) without special decoder, whereas some players (eg. Media Player
Classic) need appropriate decoder (Real Time Alternative) to be installed.

A lot of examples of rmvb video You can find on torrent portals. For
example:

Do you need any further info?

I hope You can fix it for Hardy.
This is very important, because the codec RealVideo 4.0 is needed to play a
lot of multimedia streams (eg. BBC TV and other popular online TV stations).
