Binary package hint: anjuta
When an open file is changed by another application/action, such as an
ftp client, anjuta alerts the user of the change multiple times.
To recreate:
Open an existing file in anjuta
Download a file with the same name from the web/ftp site.
Multiple alerts that the file has changed will flash.
