I believe I was looking at the wubi site and assumed that upgrades were there but didn't find any! Just 704
Since that time I have found the installer included with 7.10 on the UBUNTU Distro CD which I hadn't looked at and noticed it in the browser as an option yet..but did find it in the directory.
