jriddell's SVN commit 570635 on 2006-08-07 15:48 seems to have fixed the kdesu working with sudo bug. See the linked KDE bug 20914. But the original wish has still not been implemented.
On my current Edgy Beta, using kdesu twice within ~10 sec requires a password both times.
