I pinged the support guys about whether they are ok with supporting
dnsmasq as well. Personally I don't like it much because it duplicates
functionality with dhcp3-server (which has been our supported DHCP
server forever), and especially for an LTS we invested a lot of work to
reduce packages with duplicate functionality, not increase it.

I understand, though, that it is nontrivial to make kvm work with
dhcp3-server, so I consider it.
