Desktop screen is a bit shaking vertically with some horizontal lines

The desktop screen is shaking vertically with horizontal lines. It only starts
to occur when i upgraded my computer from edubuntu 7.04 to ubuntu 7.10, the
situation just happens anytime. My computer was RED FOX with AMD Athlon64 Dual
Core.
