mountall.sh doesn't actually mount all it mounts only local file systems. Regarding the line 'mount -a -t noproc,nfs,nfs4,smbfs,cifs,ncp,ncpfs,coda,ocfs2,gfs' the no modifier applies to every filesystem following it. So it should be interpreted as 'noproc,nonfs,nonfs4'. The nfs shares should mounted at boot due to '/etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs', if they aren't you should look there. Thanks!
