That's correct. Though actually, at least with rhythmbox, once I've played a sound I actually have to quit rhythmbox to prevent the problem occurring. So:
- If I've never played any sound, and I suspend/resume, no problem. - If I start rhythmbox, don't play any sound, then suspend/resume, no problem. - If I start rhythmbox, start a track playing, then suspend/resume, the problem occurs. - If I start rhythmbox, start a track playing, pause it, then suspend/resume, the problem occurs. - If I start rhythmbox, strart a track playing, quit rhythmbox, then suspend/resume, no problem. I'm happy to try anything that'd help pinpoint the problem. -- volume increases uncontrollably on Dell 1420n https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/173942 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
