Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager-core

Hello,

I run update-manager -c. I click "upgrade". It downloads two files, and then
does nothing (returns to the update-manager window).
On the terminal, I get this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ update-manager -c
extracting '/tmp/tmpKWPn1V/gutsy.tar.gz'
authenticate '/tmp/tmpKWPn1V/gutsy.tar.gz' against
'/tmp/tmpKWPn1V/gutsy.tar.gz.gpg'
