Public bug reported:
xy.sty is documented in "A not so short introduction to LaTeX2e";
however, texlive-pictures does not appear to be recommended by any
package in the tex distribution. This may lead to confusion among
people who are new to tex. In order to find xy.sty, in fact, I had to
go to packages.ubuntu.com.
