My name is David Santo Orcero. I am kradview sole developer and
maintainer.

All the files developed by me on this application are GPLv3. All files
that, once compiled, are linked to build the application are GPLv3.

Files on admin directory are automatically created by kdevelop when the
project is created. Those files
are GPLv2 or later, but there is not a licence problem, because files on admin
directory are used to
build the application, but they are not compiled against the application.

Those files automatically created are created with QT preprocessors or
by automake. The source file is GPLv3, and QT moc preprocessor is GPLv3.
The moc preprocessor creates textual files, but they are as generated as
object files. And the source is GPLv3. If this is an issue, all KDE and
QT applications under GPLv3, and all GPLv3 applications that uses
automake should be put out Ubuntu due to the same legal issues.

Finally, copyright date should not be an issue. The application was created in
2005 using GPLv2 or later,
and it was relicenced under GPLv3 when GPLv3 was created.

Yours:

 David
