I could not get an screenshot while pressing the power down button, but I've managed to get one with VMWare that clearly shows this behavior. On my desktop computer it is not that bad, but on a laptop I have is even worse than in the attached screenshot. I think how bad you see it depends on which is your screen size, but I am not sure about it.
I used Ubuntu 8.04 Alpha 4 (live cd), but it happens the same to me since Ubuntu changed the default shutdown window from Gnome, in both live session or installed. I can reproduce this, with different but similar results in multiple computers and Ubuntu releases. ** Attachment added: "Window is clearly not centered" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11730694/Screenshot.png -- "Log off, restart, shutdown, (...)" window not centered https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/56825 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
