problem.
1) Please run: dpkg -l firefox | cat
Please paste whatever is under the "Version" heading in a comment.
2) Do you have any add-ons or themes installed? If so, please disable
them and report back if the problem continues to occur. Add-ons and
additional themes can often cause these crashes.
