Public bug reported:

I just upgraded to edgy beta and xinerama is broken. with xinerama
switched off in xorg.conf, both heads work correctly, independently.
with xinerama on, windows on the primary monitor canot be dragged
completely onto the second monitor. i can move the mouse across the
entire range of both screens, and panels added to the second screen
behave as expected (filling all the way across), but windows get stuck
with part of the window remaining on the primary monitor. i can see the
window on the second monitor, but not get it to move all the way across.
it's exactly the same behaviour as happens if you try to move a window
entirely out of the field of view - the window won't entirely move off
the edge of the monitor, but in this case it won't entirely move onto my
second monitor. screenshots aren't showing this so i'll attach a photo.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
