I can confirm this error on two different computers running Kubuntu Gutsy 7.10. One computer was upgraded from Feisty to Gutsy while the other was a fresh install.
The problem seems to arise when both flash-nonfree and konqueror- nsplugins are installed. The error pops up (for me) every time I shut down the computer, close Konqueror or visit/leave a flash-embedded web- site. At the same time as giving crash-promts, flash works in neither Opera nor Konqueror, but fine in Firefox. Firefox is also error-message free. Trying to install 'swf-player' will break that particular package AND make Adept suggest removing 99 packages including Amarok, Firefox, Audacity, nvidia-glx and OpenOffice.org. I do not know if this is related. -- The application unknown (nspluginviewer) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/181221 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
