Public bug reported:

postgis-tiger-geocoder 2025.1-2 has been in stonking-proposed for ~92
days. It has never been in an Ubuntu release.

The excuse looks clean ("Will attempt migration"), but britney skips it
on every run because it would be uninstallable:

  postgresql-18-postgis-tiger-geocoder Breaks
postgresql-18-postgis-3-scripts (< 3.7)

stonking has PostGIS 3.6.4 (postgresql-18-postgis-3-scripts
3.6.4+dfsg-2), so it can't be installed (confirmed with apt-get install
-s in a stonking container).

The tiger geocoder was split out of PostGIS for PostGIS 3.7; the Breaks
avoids file conflicts with the copy still shipped by PostGIS 3.6.
PostGIS 3.7 is only in Debian experimental (3.7.0~rc2), so this package
is only useful together with it.

Debian: only in unstable (2025.2-1), never in testing; blocked by a
piuparts regression and autopkgtest failures on all architectures. No
bugs.

Nothing in stonking depends on it, and stonking users still get the
tiger geocoder from postgis 3.6.4. Please remove postgis-tiger-geocoder
from stonking-proposed; it will come back together with PostGIS 3.7.

** Affects: postgis-tiger-geocoder (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Fix Released
