apport information

** Description changed:
Hardware: Lenovo ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 (21Q6), Lunar Lake IPU7 [8086:645d],
Sony IMX471 (ACPI SONY471A)
Kernel: 7.0.0-38-generic (same on 7.0.0-31 and 7.0.0-34)
The built-in camera never appears; there is no /dev/video* or
/dev/media*. intel-ipu7 fails to probe:
intel-ipu7 0000:00:05.0: Found supported sensor SONY471A:00
sysfs: cannot create duplicate filename
'/kernel/software_nodes/SONY471A-0'
intel-ipu7 0000:00:05.0: error -EEXIST: IPU bridge init failed
intel-ipu7 0000:00:05.0: probe with driver intel-ipu7 failed with error
-17
Cause: ipu_supported_sensors in ipu-bridge.ko contains SONY471A twice
(0-based entries 24 and 26). Entry 24 is upstream's, added in 6.19. Entry 26
sits just before TBE20A0, apparently added by "SAUCE: media: ipu-bridge: add
TBE20A0 ACPI id for Sony
IMX471" (LP: #2138841). The second pass registers the same software node
again, so bridge init fails.
- Fix: drop the duplicated SONY471A entry from the SAUCE patch and keep
- TBE20A0.
+ Fix: drop the duplicated SONY471A entry from the SAUCE patch and keep
TBE20A0.
