Tested the mainline build v7.0.14 (7.0.14-070014-generic from
kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline, same upstream base as 7.0.0-38). Only linux-
image-unsigned + linux-modules were installed, so the nvidia module
isn't present for that kernel; the only taint before suspending was W
from an unrelated fs/exec.c path_noexec warning (gnome-shell) at boot.

1. WoWLAN off, power-button wake: resumes normally.
2. WoWLAN on, power-button wake: same failure as on the Ubuntu kernel. Display
comes back, then the system freezes (input dead, clock stopped) about 50 ms
after resume.

Same sequence in the log:

ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:09:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3hot to D0,
device inaccessible
qcom_mhi_qrtr mhi0_IPCR: PM: failed to resume early: error -22
ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:09:00.0: failed to set mhi state: RESUME(7)
ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:09:00.0: failed to wakeup from wow: -110
ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:09:00.0: wmi command 16387 timeout
(followed by the same mac80211 WARNINGs)

So it reproduces upstream. Kernel log of the mainline cycle attached
(MAC addresses masked).
