Hi Andreas, thanks for the feedback and to answer some questions:

re cuda-meta-13-1:

a) This should not have happened back when the upload was done. I am
checking the git history and they were enabled, but got disabled by a
change from Antoine. I think this disabling was a mishap and the wrong
file has been modified. But I'd like to wait for input from him to be
sure.

However: CUDA 13-2 is now on resolute and provides cuda-toolkit and
cuda-toolkit-13, so we no longer can have these available. These two
metas are set up in such a way to transition you to the latest CUDA
version (major or minor, depending on the meta).

b) Since they should've been there, this was not mentioned. Again a
mistake on our side and sorry for the confusion. The lack of changelog
updating in general, is something we do address in later CUDA releases,
as we have talked about in the CUDA 13.3 case.

c) Since this is a full version upgrade via SRU from the devel release,
I wanted to keep changes from the stonking version minimal. I did not
think of including the diffs to the previous Resolute version. Is this
something that is usually done as part of this process?

I think c) applies to all packages, but to also answer the other questions,
which does not fall under c):

nsight-compute:

b2) These packages were added to make lintian happy. Some of the
scripts/binaries in nsight expect them and just went with the assumption
of them being present, but we now name these dirctly.

What is the expectation to continue with this? Diverge from the
backporting from devel release process and populate the changelogs etc
or do we keep them as they are?
