Summary: starting the built-in camera (amd_isp4 / ISP 4.1.1) caused an SMU
hang; every subsystem depending on the SMU then failed, and the GPU recovery
path deadlocked waiting on the SMU. Camera had worked normally earlier in the
same boot (up since 2026-09-22), so the trigger is intermittent.
