Public bug reported: ## FFE ##
[Rationale] The new authd version brings many important features and bug fixes compared to 0.6.1. [ Scope ] The new features which require a FFe are: * Add new commands to the authctl command-line tool: set-shell, set- home, user/group delete * Set PAM_AUTHTOK after successful authentication to unlock the keyring. * Improved PAM prompts * Support versioned broker APIs * Support per-PAM-service overrides for brute-force mitigation settings. The full changelog is available at https://github.com/canonical/authd/blob/ddee43e7547aec58a7f665c94d9d576b8dbb64e4/debian/changelog#L1-L67 authd is not seeded. [ Regression Potential ] If something breaks in authctl, users might be unable to modify authd user records. If something breaks in authd or pam_authd, users might be unable to log in.
