(fixing duplicate #2167855):
VERIFICATION (bluez 5.72-0ubuntu5.6 on linux-raspi 6.8.0-1064-raspi):

plen is now 6 == 3 + 3 + 0, and the command is accepted by the same kernel
that rejected the unpatched package with Invalid Parameters (0x0d).
