* Fix conflict with lxqt-branding-debian (LP: #2154589)
- d/p/revert-239349f.patch: Ship panel.conf in /usr/share/lxqt
instead of /etc/xdg/lxqt.
- d/lxqt-panel.maintscript: Remove obsolete conffile
/etc/xdg/lxqt/panel.conf on upgrade.
