With the move to /run/mariadbd in 1:11.8.9+ds-3, some reverse-depends
break when using mariadb, assuming /run/mysqld compatibility. This is
fixed in 1:11.8.9+ds-4 by providing a symlink from /run/mysqld to
/run/mariadbd in the mysql compatibility package mariadb-server-compat.
