# Bug Description
Logitech MX Master 3S mouse cannot reconnect when laptop recovers from
sleep, or when I connect to another laptop and attempt to connect to
this laptop afterwards.
Attempting to reconnect via the GUI leads to a loading animation that
eventually fails silently without succeeding. Manual attempts via the
terminal shell using `bluetoothctl connect <MAC> fail with the error
`Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed le-connection-abort-by-
local`. Enabling FastConnectable = true and AutoEnable = true in
/etc/bluetooth/main.conf does not prevent the issue.
Re-starting `bluetoothctl` does not fix or prevent the issue. Re-pairing
the mouse does not fix or prevent the issue. The only way I've found of
fixing it is through a system restart, but the issue soon reoccurs.

1. Pair a mouse using Bluetooth LE (such as the Logitech MX Master 3S)
2. Allow the mouse to enter low-power sleep mode or switch the connected laptop
and switch back
3. Move/click the mouse
4. Attempt to reconnect via the GUI or thorugh `bluetoothctl connect <MAC>`
5. Observe connection handshake failure with `le-connection-abort-by-local`
