Before 26.04/Resolute the v4l2loopback module was build from DKMS and
included in linux-modules. When switching to linux-main-modules (LMM) it
was omitted from the additional dependencies for linux-modules and for
that reason is no longer part of the default kernel installation
(-generic).
-- Fix --
Add packaging changes to depend on linux-main-modules-v4l2loopback-*
from linux-modules.
-- Testcase --
Before: installing linux-generic would not install the module
After: installing linux-generic should have it

Since there is no code change things to go wrong are packaging.
