I think the root cause is in PackageKit and in upstream this commit fixes it: https://github.com/PackageKit/PackageKit/commit/1e72839d701d07bd868e9fdc088cc2bd38ab453a
After applying this commit to libpackagekit-glib2-18 that also resolves the issue.
