I tried to use "localectl set-x11-keymap" but it does not work, even
when trying with sudo:
$ sudo localectl set-x11-keymap de pc105 noted
Failed to set keymap: Access denied
In case this is intentional (see bug #2101934), please improve the error
message to tell the user what to use instead. Something like
"set-x11-keymap not supported on Debian/Ubuntu. Please use $foo
instead."
