[Impact]
Systems using the Realtek RT712 SDCA codec can intermittently encounter a
calibration time-out while initializing the codec during boot. This may
prevent
the audio device from initializing correctly or leave audio unavailable.
In baseline stress testing, the issue occurred 14 times across 123
boots.
[Fix]
Backport the following two upstream ASoC fixes, in this order:
1. ASoC: rt712-sdca: Pull high JD2 to prevent from entering TV mode
Upstream commit: dfb8bc1d286fd97b7cf47e3af5df84cfb068d214
2. ASoC: rt712-sdca: reconfigure PLL2 to fix calibration time-out
Upstream commit: d56fe35c1bce1f547eb600695f60c139a508ff6e

The JD2 change must be applied first because the PLL2 change uses the
RT712_JD_CTL3 definition it introduces.
