Public bug reported:

[Impact]
The MediaTek SSPM control interface and power_wrap driver are needed to provide
firmware-managed device power, clock and mode control. The MT8901 audio series
depends on the client power-control API introduced by this prerequisite series.

[Fix]
Add the SCMI mailbox transport to the SSPM microcontroller, the ACPI-driven
power_wrap driver, and the public client power-control request API. Include the
sysfs debug interfaces, DVFSRC setup, the AC_BESTPERF boot request, release of
idle USB4 resources through SSPM, and the kernel configuration annotations.

[Where problems could occur]
Changes to mailbox communication and firmware power-control requests could
affect dependent devices, clock and power transitions, or entry to and resume
from deep sleep. The client API is also a dependency of the separate audio
series.
