Please sync bitshuffle 0.5.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
This package currently FTB [1] with an error in setuptools. Debian fixed this
in -2.

bitshuffle (0.5.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Team upload.
* Fix FTBFS on setuptools extension configuration with thanks to Gilles
Filippini for the analysis and initial patch (Closes: #1144001).

The sync has been built in a PPA against proposed [2]. No changes to this are
new features, so no FFe is required.
