Issue:
Attempting to start Cinnamon results in an immediate crash:
`cinnamon: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libcjs.so.0:
undefined symbol: __aarch64_ldadd4_acq_rel, version mozjs_140`
Analysis:
It appears libmozjs-140-0 recently stopped exporting the
`__aarch64_ldadd4_acq_rel` symbol on ARM64. Because `cjs` was compiled against
the older version, it still expects it under the `mozjs_140` namespace.
Cinnamon is currently completely broken on ARM64 until `cjs` is rebuilt against
the current mozjs library, or the symbol is restored.
