I have encountered the same issue and some searching online + Claude
ultimately led me to this solution:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="acpi=force reboot=acpi apm=power_off debug
ignore_loglevel amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x12 acpi_osi=Linux"
This fixed it.
I don't know why, I don't know how, I just know it seems to work (for now).
Maybe this helps other people too.
