I have now pushed the patch recommended previously in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-sequoia-
sq/+bug/2121154/comments/8 to the 1.4.0 upload
(https://code.launchpad.net/~bamf0/ubuntu/+source/rust-sequoia-
sq/+git/rust-sequoia-sq/+merge/508836) and made sure that no other crate
is using rustls. The rustls crate is still inside the vendored crates,
however this is due to `cargo-vendor-filterer` being called with `--all-
features` - rustls is not included in the built package.

Both sequoia-sq and sequoia-net use the `reqwest` crate's compile time
default, which as specified by the patch, is the native-tls => OpenSSL.
