* Fix FTBFS with OpenSSL 4.0 (LP: #2154992):
- disable the PKCS11 provider, which needs the removed ENGINE API, using
the upstream "Improve Open SSL includes" change
(d/p/0018-Improve-OpenSSL-includes.patch)
- drop the asio/ssl.hpp umbrella that pulls in unused rfc2818_verification
and store X509_get_subject_name()'s now-const result in a const pointer
(d/p/0019-Fix-FTBFS-with-openssl4.patch)

* No-change rebuild against libssl4
