Hello Alessio, You mention that "This release provides both bug fixes and new features", however Stonking is currently in Feature Freeze, so you need an exception for this kind of upload, see [0].
Also, the bug description says "See the changelog entry below for a full list of changes and bugs", but I could not find such changelog (the attached 01_Changes_and_new_features.md does not have new features listed). FWIW my gut feeling is that this upload does qualify for an FFe, just explain you case well, keeping in mind that the FFe reviewer (and upload sponsor) may have no idea of what doca-ofed is. Thanks!
