(linux-oem-6.17, won't fix)

Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250 equips Synaptics SVP7500 and its ACPI claims it
should be running at 400KHz while the bus has 100K:

  $ sudo dmesg | grep usbio
  i2c_usbio.usbio-i2c usbio.usbio-i2c.0: Invalid speed 400000 adjusting to bus
max 100000
  $ lsusb
  Bus 003 Device 002: ID 06cb:0701 Synaptics, Inc. SVP7500

Even USBIO_QUIRK_I2C_ALLOW_400KHZ is added for that device, it will
still fallback to 100K, so it's not included in the final solution.
