On 26.04 with proposed channel, the malcontent-gui could depend on
malcontent package.
After adding a new non-admin account and enable "Restrict Web Browsers".
Log out from the Admin account and log in as the Standard user, the 'Web
Browsers' could not show at pannel or applications.
$ apt-cache policy malcontent-gui
