Public bug reported:
lua-luaossl need -l:libjitterentropy.a (due to openssl declaring
dependency on jitterentropy-library for static builds) for the build to
succeed. jitterentropy-library needs an MIR
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/2162943). Until
that is resolved we need to temporarily include libjitterentropy3-dev as
a Build-Depends. This will enable lua-http and the Knot Resolver
ecosystem for the stonking release.
