It looks like X is detecting the three monitors okay, but it's hard to
say what xrandr commandline should be invoked to make everything work.

Could you attach the output of running `xrandr`?

Also, I wonder if some command such as this might make your system work
as you wish:

 xrandr --output LVCD --off --output VGA-0 --auto --left-of DVI-0 --auto
