Binary package hint: adept
Adept updater and Adept manager should have the ability of hold a package
version, and also force a package version like synaptic or aptitude can do. It
is necessary this to be synchronised with Adept update-notifier.
Actually, if some one do not want to update a package to a newer version, Adept
update-notifier is always notifying the update.
This problem only affects to Kubuntu Desktop.
