The Rust team has decided not to go forward with our cargo-auditable
integration into the toolchain, and therefore cargo will no longer need
cargo-auditable as a runtime dependency.
We no longer need to add rust-cargo-auditable to main. I have marked this
bug as "Won't Fix" to signify this--please let me know if there's anything
else needed to take this off your to-do list. Thanks!
