Public bug reported:

System:
- Kubuntu/Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute)
- Krita 1:6.0.1~ufsg-0ubuntu2
- gmic 4.0.3
- krita-gmic 2.9.4-4.2

Reproduction:
1. Install Krita from the Ubuntu repositories.
2. Install krita-gmic.
3. Start Krita.
4. Select Filter -> G'MIC-Qt.

Result:
Krita reports:
"The Gmic Plugin is not installed or could not be loaded"

The installed Krita package contains no files matching "gmic":
  dpkg -L krita | grep -i gmic
returns no output.

The separately packaged krita-gmic is version 2.9.4-4.2, while Krita is
6.0.1, and installing it does not make G'MIC work.

The standalone G'MIC 4.0.3 installation provides /usr/bin/gmic_qt, but
Krita does not recognize this as its G'MIC plugin.

Expected result:
The G'MIC-Qt filter should be available and load successfully in the
Ubuntu-packaged Krita version, or the Ubuntu packages should clearly provide a
compatible G'MIC plugin for this Krita version.
