Apparently libav was only abandoned in 2020, so three years after this
bug was opened.

I think it would communicate better what the package is using 'ffmpeg'
in the name but there's still a good argument for 'libav' since that's
still the library naming convention:

Depends: libavcodec62 (>= 7:8.1.2), libavfilter11 (>= 7:8.1.2),
libavformat62 (>= 7:8.1.2), libavutil60 (>= 7:8.1.2),
