What you expected to happen:
Because systemd-resolved is a Official Ubuntu package, it should not be
restarted.
What happened instead:
In Ubuntu 24.04, unattended-upgrades works differently. When it installs
security updates, it restarts some services, including the official
systemd-resolved package.
