and other places - this will still not let the test reach out from
Ubuntu autopkgtest infrastructure.

I think we need a pre-checker.
I wondered for a while but we can rely on the unpacked source to be the cwd of 
the test (https://people.debian.org/~eriberto/README.package-tests.html) and 
therefore can test and skip the test if it has no hope to work.

In that unpacked source is src/app/config/auth_dirs.inc including ips, ports 
and idents.
That we can check and skip the test if all is in vain.
