Public bug reported:

Since a system update 2 days ago, WirePlumber crashes the exact moment I
log into my user account. On the login screen, the volume icon is
visible and working. Immediately after entering my password and hitting
the home desktop screen, the volume icon vanishes and audio stops
working completely.

Running `systemctl --user restart pipewire wireplumber` manually fixes
the issue and restores the volume icon immediately for that session. It
seems to be a login race condition.
