Thanks for checking! One option has been ruled out. I'm now suspecting you could be hitting an issue due to https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=ed8be780bdbc which was later on fixed in upstream through this patch https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=a411ea4a87162898d2a0547fdfb721ddb7626be3 which is not yet available in Ubuntu kernel.
To check it easily, please try these mainline kernels (and disable all out of tree drivers if you have any to avoid any crashes): - https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v7.2-rc4/ - https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v7.2-rc5/ -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2163244 Title: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS -- Lenovo Yoga 7 Pro 15IPH11 Screen Brightness not Working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2163244/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
