After several days testing changing usb devices, I'm pretty sure this is
related to veracrypt...

im on 7.0.0-29-generic
and veracrypt 1.26.29

not Intel, kernel 6.x and 1.26.24 in the ticket
https://github.com/veracrypt/VeraCrypt/issues/1660

but it's the same issue, on windows veracrypt has mechanisms to deal
with sleep, just that they are not working correctly on linux, hanging
the whole system. I dont have a lot of knowledge in the inworks of the
suspend process, it gets blocked, but why the suspend cant handle the
blockage ??
