I have the same issue on an **Acer Swift SFX14-61G** with the
**PIXA4812:00 093A:4812** touchpad controller.

Running Ubuntu 26.04, kernel `7.0.0-29-generic`, libinput `1.31.1`.

`dmesg` shows the touchpad is detected correctly at boot, and `libinput
list-devices` also sees it properly (size 136x83mm). Clicks work fine
(`POINTER_BUTTON` events register correctly in `libinput debug-events`),
but all pointer motion is discarded with repeated:

```
libinput error: event11 - PIXA4812:00 093A:4812 Touchpad: kernel bug: Touch
jump detected and discarded.
```

Also noticed in `dmesg` that this touchpad appears to enumerate on two
separate I2C buses (`i2c-0` and `i2c-2`), which may be related.

Tried a full system update (`apt full-upgrade`) and BIOS update to the
latest available (v1.09) — neither resolved it. Currently unusable
without an external mouse.
